Refund Policy
Dues to the nature of wholesale/mystery boxes, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns for 
•Not liking the items/styles or change of mind 
•Brand preference
•Size preference
•Not making the profit expected
•Normal vintage/pre-owned wear (fading, light marks, bobbling, minor imperfections)

Refunds are ONLY available if:
•You receive the wrong box
•You receive items that are significantly not as described , please allow 10% miss grade for human error.
•for example if you buy A grade 10% B grade , if you buy B grade 10% C grade 

How to Request a Refund

To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
✅ your order number
✅ clear photos of the issue
✅ photos of all items received

Refunds will not be issued without photo evidence.
